Things change… people change! *cue dramatic music*. So Penny should give you the power to make some of those changes yourself. 😉

Edit Contact Type

Contact type is the category you placed your contact under. That could be any of the following: Prospect, Downline, Upline, another line, another person’s customer, etc. Here’s how to move your contact from one category to another.

1 - Go to your contacts sections by clicking "Contacts" on the left.

2 - Search for the contact in the search bar OR use the "Filters" on the left menu to select a specific contact type.

3 - Once you find the contact you are looking for, click the "Edit ✏️" icon at the top of the profile card. A panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

4 - At the bottom section of the panel, you’ll see a dropdown menu labelled as “Type”

5 - Select how you would like to label 🏷️ your contact from the options.

6 - Hit “Save” ✅

Important note: If your contact is not yet categorized, you'll first have to choose their contact type. This is what that looks like 👇

Add/edit Contact Profile Content and Image:

A contact profile contains a contact’s email, address, birthday, phone number, and any other information you deem important to put into their profile. Here’s how you can add and edit that content to create the best customer experience.

1 - Go to your contacts sections by clicking "Contacts" on the left.

2 - Search for the contact in the search bar OR use the "Filter" on the left menu to select a specific contact type.

3 - Open the contact card, click the "Profile" tab, located beside the "Activity Tab".

4 - Now, you can edit by clicking the pencil icon ✏️ beside the section you want to update. (Note: there is an option to change the address by hitting the “address” toggle at the top of the screen after you hit the pencil icon ✏️ .

5 - You will also have the option to upload or update the photo of your contact.

6 - Hit “Save”

7 - A green bar will appear at the top confirming the changes. ✅

That’s it! 🎉

Edit 'Contact' in the mobile app

1 - Click "More" in the bottom right corner of the app dashboard

2 - Select "Contacts" then search their name in the search bar.

3 - Once you find the contact you are looking for, click the top-right menu (those three dots 😉)

4 - Now you can "edit" to adjust the profile details.

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 At this time, Penny is unable to change Downline or Customers.
The reason being, when we sync with your back office, Penny will automatically add/modify the contact and their contact type in your account.
