Organizing and coaching a team is an integral part of building a successful business. With Penny, you can manage your team consistently as she schedules check-ins, coaching sessions and provides you important performance stats. This is just another way that Penny helps you manage your business better.
What is Team Care?
Team Care is a feature Penny provides for you to take care of your downline by creating specific tasks for them.
Penny will create team tasks for your downline who are declining in performance or emerging in performance, among other tasks to help coach and check-in with your team. This way, you can manage your team effectively by seeing who is on track, who needs some extra attention and build a consistent relationship with the rest of your team members in between.
You will also be able to see detailed graphs of any one of your team member's progress within the business
🌶️ Hot Tip 🌶️ Only your team members who are signed up with Penny will be visible in the "Team Care" section. But don't worry, you can invite anyone from your downline to use the app. Keep reading for more details.
What are the Team Care Tasks?
There are several types of team care tasks that will appear in your Daily. See the list below:
Emerging Task - These will only appear when your team member's performance is improving since the last month. When a team member is generally staying at the same level of performance, you will not receive a task for them. Reach out, congratulate them on their progress and see what they did to reach their goal.
Declining Task - These will only appear when your team member's performance is declining since the last month. When a team member is generally staying at the same level of performance, you will not receive a task for them. Reach out and offer coaching with tips and tricks to manage their business.
1st Customer - This task is for your team member who just acquired their first customer, reach out and congratulate them on their first win!
1st Teammate - This task is for your team member who just acquired their first associate. Reach out, congratulate them and offer some coaching on how they can maintain the relationship between them and their new downline member.
Team check-ins - This will only appear for any follow-ups you have scheduled with your team mate after the initial team care task. These are not to be confused with regular follow-ups!
🌶️ Hot Tip 🌶️ You will never see more than 10 tasks for each emerging and declining category. You don't need to fret about being overwhelmed with tasks - Penny only shows your top 10 and bottom 10. 🏆
How does team care work for me?
All Team Care tasks that you need to complete in the day will appear in your Daily dashboard like all your other day-to-day tasks! Click the task from your dashboard and see the charts and stats for the downline member the task is assigned to.
See the image below for a visual of how the Team Care tasks appear in your dashboard.
To see the full list of tasks, performance scores and charts, you can find that in the "Team Care" section of the app in the main menu.
The Team Care feature allows you to see your own weekly performance accumulated in a score called a PPI. You will also be able to see your team's individual and collective performance under "Team PPI".
🌶️ Hot Tip 🌶️ Your team will be limited to users who are also using Penny as well as up to 8 levels in your downline.
What is a PPI?
Our team made a special algorithm just to track your team performance. 🤓 PPI = Penny Performance Indicator.
Penny takes all of the information about things that make your business grow. This includes your orders, new enrolments, how many tasks you complete etc. and determines an overall score to give you a clear picture of your weekly performance.
Find the PPI definition with every graph in the Team Care section:
🌶️ Hot Tip 🌶️ Team members who are not signed up for Penny will be available in a drop down menu. Their name and contact info will be available, so that you can reach out and invite them to use the Penny app. 😉
