As part of the Customer Care Cycle, Penny will create tasks for you to engage with your Customers at key points in their order process.
The day before the task expires if you haven't completed the task Penny will add a little Red Triangle 🚩 to your contact's profile image, letting you know it's going to "Expire Tomorrow".

Don't worry! Penny will create another task as part of the order process for you, this just means it won't go overdue because nobody likes that 🙌.
