Cards Accepted

For users, to pay for your Penny Pro subscription, you will need a credit card from any major company. This includes:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • AMEX

  • JCB credit

  • Discover

If you are a Canadian user or have a Canadian debit card, you can use your VISA Debit card to pay for your Penny Pro subscription.

Users outside of Canada will not be able to use their debit card to pay for a subscription.

🔥 HOT TIP 🔥 Some users may be able to use their debit card initially and then find it doesn't work anymore. The initial payment may register for sign-up purposes, but then you'll need to use an actual credit card for subsequent payments.

Error messages

If you're getting an error message when inputting your card, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • Your card is declined due to insufficient funds

  • Your bank is blocking the purchase as it doesn't recognize Penny

  • Your card is expired

⚠️ Kindly check with your bank first if you're getting an error message!

🚨 Note: All subscriptions are charged automatically every month. Therefore, gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
