In order to upload contacts to Penny via spreadsheet, the file format must be in .csv -- here are the steps to do so from a Google Sheets file.

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥The spreadsheet column headers must match the same as our sample spreadsheet. Download the sample spreadsheet or sample csv to ensure your contacts are formatted correctly.

Converting a Google Sheet file to .CSV:

1 - Open your Google Sheet file

2 - Select File

3 - Select Download from the dropdown menu

4 - Select .CSV

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 The downloaded file will be stored on your hard drive based on the preference you have already set on your computer. You can also use the following Hotkeys to access your Downloaded Folder:

Windows: Ctrl + J

Mac: Command + Option + L

Next up, upload your CSV to your Penny contacts. Click below to learn how!
