Penny is all about communication and communication-based tasks. Sometimes, your contacts might not want to be contacted and that's ok! Here is how you can mark your contacts with "Do Not Contact".👇

How to turn On/Off the Do Not Contact Toggle

1 - Open your contact's profile card

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 You can do this by going to "Contacts" and then using the search bar at the top right to search by name

2 - Under the "Details" tab click on the "Do Not Contact" toggle to turn it on.

That's it 🎉

Will Penny remind me not to contact them?

When Do Not Contact is toggled on the profile card for prospects, Prospect's tasks such as Reachouts and Follow-ups will be removed. Penny will also stop generating future tasks.

Whereas for your Customer orders, Penny will still generate the Customer Care tasks (Thank You, Check-in, Subscription Reminders, Reconnects, etc.) and will be populated in Daily so you know what they ordered however the option to communicate with the customer is disabled with a note that the customer has asked not to be contacted 👇

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 To update the "Do Not Contact" toggle you can click on "Update" or go to Profile Card and turn the toggle on/off.

Looking to send content?

Anyone you've marked as "Do Not Contact" will always be greyed out. Penny will always remind you that the contact does not want to be contacted so you don't forget 🚀

🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 If 'Do Not Contact' is toggled on, your contacts won't appear in custom lists. Even if you search for them to add manually, you won't be able to until you toggle off the 'Do Not Contact' option in their profile.
