Important:
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and CANNOT be restored. Please make sure to save any information that you might need.
If you have a subscription via Google Play or App Store, you will also have to cancel the subscription on your mobile device 📱 to ensure your credit card does not continue to be charged. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you.

How to Delete Your Account:
1 - Login to Penny using your laptop or computer 💻
2 - Select the Profile Icon at the top right
3 - Select Delete Account
4 - Tick the box beside “I acknowledge I have read and understood the details above”
5 - Select Delete
6 - Click Proceed
7 - Your account has now been deleted and you'll be automatically logged out.
🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 If your account has a subscription, your account will be pending deletion once your subscription expires.
⚠️ Did you purchase your Subscription on your Mobile?
You will also have to cancel the subscription on your mobile device to ensure your credit card does not continue to be charged:

How to Cancel a Pending Deletion:
If your account has a subscription and has been set for deletion once your subscription expires; you can cancel the pending deletion.
1 - Login to Penny using your laptop or computer 💻
2 - Select the Profile Icon at the top right and you will be directed to your Account Settings
3 - Select Cancel Account Deletion
4 - A box will appear on the right asking “Are you sure you want to cancel account deletion?”
5 - Select Cancel
6 - Your pending account deletion has now been canceled. Your subscription status, billing details, and renewal period remain unchanged 🙌
