Customer Care Tasks

Where are my tasks? Why are they not showing in the Daily?
If you are not seeing the Customer Care Tasks please review the Customer Care Cycle Article that explains WHY and HOW these tasks are created.

Who do I contact if the customer care tasks are not working/showing in the Daily?

Can I change the company on my Penny account?

Non-Integrated Partner

If your Penny account has currently a non-integrated company attached and you like to change it, please contact customer support via the live chat and we will be happy to change it for you.

Integrated Partner

If your Penny account has currently a company attached we partner with (Integrated partner), you cannot change it on your account. We recommend creating a new Penny account with either a new email address or you can delete your current account and use the same email to open up a new account.


How can I download my contacts?

You can only download your prospects. Please review the article How to Export Prospects

🔥Hot Tip🔥 As a non-integrated account you can change all your contacts to Prospects, prior to using the export function.


Unsubscribe from Emails

How do I unsubscribe from the Daily emails?


This article will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to unsubscribe from email notifications.

If you like to be unsubscribed from all Penny emails including webinar reminders, promotions, etc. please contact Customer Support directly.


Can I use Penny on my computer?

Yes, you can use Penny on your computer via the website version. 💻

How can I update my Pro Subscription?

You can opt out of the Penny Pro features or change your billing anytime via the original purchase point.


Update or Cancel a subscription via Computer 💻

  1. Log into your Penny account

  2. Go to your Account Settings, by clicking the circle with your initials on the top right.

  3. Select Billing

  4. You can now update or cancel your subscription.


Update or Cancel a subscription from your phone through the App store 📱

  1. Open your mobile Settings app.

  2. Tap on your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Update or Cancel a subscription from your Google Play store 🤖

  1. Go to the Google Play store

  2. Tap the 3 lines on the left side beside the search bar

  3. Select subscriptions

  4. Select Penny from the list of your subscriptions.

How do I contact Live Support?

Log into your Penny account, and on the right-hand bottom of the screen you will see a chat bubble 💬 click on it and select Send us a message 📩

Mobile App version 📱

Log into your Penny account, select "More", select "Live Chat", tap on "Messages" and tap on the following icon: 👇
