Can I change the company on my Penny account?
Non-Integrated Partner
If your Penny account currently has a non-integrated company attached and you would like to change it, please request to chat with a person, and our team will be happy to help.
Integrated Partner
If your Penny account currently has a company attached that we partner with (Integrated partner), you cannot change it on your account. We recommend creating a new Penny account with either a new email address or you can delete your current account and use the same email to open up a new account.
How can I download my contacts?
You can only download your prospects. Please review the article How to Export Prospects
🔥Hot Tip🔥 As a non-integrated account, you can change all your contacts to Prospects before using the export function.

How do I unsubscribe from the Daily emails?

Can I use Penny on my computer?
Yes, you can use Penny on your computer via the website version. 💻

How can I update my Pro Subscription?
You can opt out of the Penny Pro features or change your billing anytime via the original purchase point.
Update or Cancel a subscription via Computer 💻
Log in to your Penny account
Go to your Account Settings by clicking the circle with your initials on the top right.
Select Billing
You can now update or cancel your subscription.
Update or cancel a subscription from your phone through the App Store 📱
Open your mobile Settings app.
Tap on your name.
Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Update or Cancel a subscription from your Google Play store 🤖
Go to the Google Play Store
Tap the 3 lines on the left side beside the search bar
Select subscriptions
Select Penny from the list of your subscriptions.
How can I refresh my Penny app?
The quickest way to refresh your Penny account is by logging out and in.
Mobile App:
➡️ Click the "More" button on your main menu
➡️ Click the "Sign out" button found on the next page
In a web browser
Click this link https://web.pennyapp.com/logout to log out and back in.
