You can easily share content via multiple text messages using the mobile app.
This feature allows you to attach the same content to your message while still being able to personalize each SMS before sending it to your contacts.
🔥 Hot Tip 🔥 Make sure the phone number of the contact is added to the contact card if you want to share content via SMS.
How to send multi-text messages from the Contacts Section:
1 - Log in to the Penny mobile app.
2 - Select "More" on the lower right-hand side of the page.
3 - Select "Contacts".
4 - Select the chat bubble on the top right. 💬
5 - Click on the "Attach content" button.
6 - Choose the content from the suggestions or type the name of the content in the search box.
*You can also create new content here. Once created you will be led back to the content search and can select it from there.
7 - Select the list of contacts you'd like to share the content with.
8 - Select Send.
9 - Your phone's text messaging app will open. Send the message from this page.
10 - Review the next message and select Send.
11 - Select Finish when you are done.
Important: This feature does not send one text message to your selected contacts all at once. Instead of sending the message simultaneously, it sends the messages individually, ensuring that each recipient receives a personalized message.
How to send multi-text messages from a Custom List:
NOTE: Before sending a multi-text message, you need to create a "custom list" of the contacts you want to message. Click here to learn more. 👈
1 - Go to "Lists"
2 - Select your custom list
3 - Select the chat bubble 💬 at the top of the screen
4 - Attach the content you want to send.
5 - Check the box of the contacts you want to send the message to or Select All
6 - Select Send
7 - Review and Customize the message for each contact.
8 - Select "Send"
9 - Your phone's text messaging app will open. Send the message from this page.
10 - Review the next message and select Send
12 - Select Finish when you are done.
