We’re thrilled to unveil a fresh new update for the content and custom list section in Penny.

This update introduces a range of exciting changes designed to enhance your workflow and make managing your content and lists even easier.

Here’s a look at all the new changes:

Changes to the Content section

Category Navigation Improvements

The category navigation has been simplified to make finding specific content types faster and more intuitive.

In the web app, the category navigation is always visible on the left side of the screen, allowing you to easily switch between categories without having to go back to the previous page.

Adding content and categories

You now have the flexibility to add a category or a piece of content from anywhere in the content section.

You can add new categories or individual pieces of content without needing to navigate away and interrupt your current workflow.

This improvement enhances your ability to quickly update and expand your content library, helping you stay organized and efficient.

Updated search/filtering functionality

Previously, you could only search for content by their exact title. With this update, you can search for any keyword and the results will display all content that contains it.

You can make the most of the search and filtering options by using them together in the utility bar. Start by searching for the general content you're looking for, and then refine your results by applying relevant filters.

This combined approach allows you to narrow down your options quickly. Whether you're searching for specific content, languages, or content types/tasks, using both options together helps you find exactly what you are looking for.

Changes to the Custom List section

Expired List Management

To enhance your experience and ensure that you remain organized, we will send you a reminder to delete custom lists that have expired or complete any unfinished tasks.

On the expiration date of a custom list, a notification will appear within the app, prompting you to take action. This proactive approach helps you ensure only current lists are visible, helping you stay focused and productive.

By eliminating expired lists, you reduce unnecessary clutter and minimize any potential confusion.

Date Picker UI Enhancements

The updated user interface now features a convenient date picker that improves the process of list creation. You can now choose specific dates rather than selecting from fixed options.

This enhancement streamlines the process of creating targeted lists with the exact date range you need, ensuring greater accuracy and control.
