As an excellent personal assistant would, Penny can recommend new prospects and manage your follow-ups for you each day! All you have to do is turn the "Fill Your Funnel" feature on.
✨ Please note: The "Fill your Funnel" function only suggests contacts that are "uncategorized" and are likely to respond well to you. That means you can work through your contacts list at your own pace without getting overwhelmed with new prospects.
How to turn on "Fill Your Funnel" on the Mobile app 📱
1 - Select "Lists".
2 - Select "Prospecting." 🔨
3 - At the top right of your screen, you will see a circle with 3 dots. Select it.
4 - A new pop up window opens. Flip the switch to turn on Fill Your Funnel, and that's it! 🎉

How to turn on "Fill Your Funnel" on the Web version 💻
1 - Login to the Penny App and go to the "Prospecting" page.
2 - At the top of your screen, you will see "Fill Your Funnel." Toggle the switch. That's it!

If a "Prospect" doesn’t have a task in the future and it's been two weeks since their last completed task, Penny will create a follow-up task for you automatically. 🙌
Another way to tell that individuals are "Recommended" to respond well to you is by the orange star 🌟 icon found in the corner of their profile picture. You can review everyone in this category by navigating to your "Contacts" tab and then choosing "Recommended" from the filter menu options.
Is the "Fill Your Funnel" option missing? It looks like you've gone through all your uncategorized contacts, superstar! 🌟 You can add more contacts by syncing your mobile contacts, importing your email contacts, or uploading a spreadsheet into the web app.
